Couple comments -
feats
Iron Will - don't need. Paladins already get big bonuses on their saves. Grab something else.
Alertness - Does little to help you. You're not skilled in Perception and if you drop skill points every time you level you'll be so-so with the skill. Alertness just makes you a better so-so. Grab something else.
Stats
Wisdom is pretty much a dump stat for paladins. I'd drop it down to a 10 and your Dex from 11 to a 10 and put those points into CHA. I might be tempted to bump DEX up to a 12 but you'll be shorting yourself someone else then.
Traits
There's better mechanic traits out there but your's can go with your character.
Skills
You have way too many skills for your level.

Greetings, fellow travellers.
Stats:
I'd go for
Str 16 (10)
Dex 10
Con 12 (2)
Int 10
Wis 08 (-2)
Cha 18 (10, +2 racial)
Maybe exchange Cha and Str (more regular damage with Str 18, less damage on smite, less benefit on saves), level increases go in either one, I'd stick with one ability score.
Feats:
How come you've got 4 feats at lvl 4? Anyways, as Matt has already said, I'd drop Alertness, Iron Will and in addition Cleave. It's nice to have at low levels, but later there are better options. If you want to pump Cha you could go for Dazzling Display to intimidate all foes in sight on a sucessful Intimidate check. This would require Weapon Focus, which would also help you with your attack bonus. Do you want to keep the greatsword?
lvl 01 Power Attack, Toughness
lvl 03 Weapon Focus
Favored Class bonus goes into hp, skill-wise you end up with 12 skills at lvl 4 (2 as pally +1 for being human). I'd put them in Diplomacy (every level), unlock Handle Animal (1 point), the knowledge skills (1 point each) and Ride or Sense Motive. Perception is always nice to have, and I hate going without it, but as Matt has said you're never going to be good at it.
Traits:
I can't comment on those, since we do not use them in our games.
Hope that helps.
Ruyan.
