Print catalog?

I am not finding a like to request a printed catalog anywhere on the site. I can find a link to download a PDF version, but I would like to be able to have one mailed. My son is in prison and he calls me and tells me what he wants, then I order it for him. I downloaded the PDF, thinking I would just print it and mail it to him, but it is a very graphic intensive version and I would go broke buying ink to print it. Is there a way to request a printed version be mailed to him?

We do not offer a link to have a print catalog shipped out by itself. However, our system will automatically add a catalog into any order being shipped out where it doesn't raise the shipping fee/rate, and we haven't shipped one previously.

This means that, once you place an order for him, we will likely put a catalog in with it for free.
