Im seeking a clarification on the dominate ability of vampire spawn: say there is four vampire spawn that ambush and attempt to dominate a single pc, does that pc make four seperate will saves? And if so, if a save succeeds does that mean they cant be affected by that ability for the rest of the encounter/day? From just that vamp spawn or all?

If you make your save, you are immune to the use of that specific vampire's use for 24 hours. Just like saving vs one witch's hex doesn't make you immune to a different witch's same hex.
In your situation, he'd have to save vs 4 different saves, and if he failed any of them he'd be enthralled to the last one he failed the save for.
