Hello,

I received several "this transaction was declined" emails from you about this order, and I just called my bank to see what the trouble is. They tell me that the transaction was approved yesterday, December 26th (I don't know why it had been declined before that, but never mind).

Can you please confirm or deny that the charge for this order went through yesterday? Thanks very much.

Your payment method was declined by our system, rather than your credit card company. There is a problem with the billing address associated with our payment method. Recently we made a small change to our credit card processing and our system is now much more stringent about having the correct billing address. The billing address needs to match the address to which you receive your billing statements exactly.

Please use the links provided in the payment declined notice email, or go to your My Payment Methods page, and hit the "change payment method" button to review your payment information and make any necessary changes. Once you've made the change, hit the "Try Payment Method Again" button.
