Unless specifically stated otherwise, Darkvision overlaps and does not stack. There are cases where such stacking is called out explicitly (such as Shadowdancer, Mooncaller Druid or the Orc bloodline).
Either way, it would be irrelevant for Blind Oracle. They get Darkvision: Infinity, but can't see beyond 30/60 ft no matter what kind of vision they use.

I think the point would be recognizing an enemy based on what they are saying when outside your range of vision. Hearing a threat in a voice might be able to buy you a round or two of preparation for a combat.

Sense motive doesn't change your senses, but without being able to see nonverbals, how do you tell when someone's just lying or bluffing you?
It's more of a way to perceive things rather than actually "see" them.
This post is way off-track, but since it comes up weekly anyways with people trying to overcome the Blind Oracle Curse, whatever...
For practicality purposes, let me address and answer the original question:
The Clouded Vision Oracle Curse doesn't actually give you Darkvision. It gives you a vision that functions LIKE it. So even if you were to get an ability that overlaps, it wouldn't work unless you had REAL Darkvision from another source. And it would still be limited to the Oracle Curse distance, even if the source's distance were increased.
There is no way to overcome the Oracle's Curse "without the aid of a deity" as stated in the ability itself. Only your DM can tell you what this exactly means.

Yep. Boost other senses. Scent, Blindsight, Tremorsense, max out Sense Motive and Perception checks, etc...
Basically it makes you Daredevil. Actual vision shouldn't be very limiting if you play it right.
oooo i like that scent/daredevil idea.... isnt there a keen hearing or something for elves or did i just make that up?
