aqueous orb interactions

So when you're fighting against someone in a aqueous orb, what kind of penalties/cover/bonuses/negatives etc apply?

So there's no intereactions then? no underwater fighting etc officially just house rules?

From the spell description:

They gain cover against attacks from outside the aqueous orb but are considered entangled by its churning currents

I'd assume the same underwater combat rules apply as well, fire effects end at the water line, that sorta thing.

It doesn't say partial, it doesn't say total. It's just regular cover.
