Hello! So this is my first post on this forum and I registered for the sole purpose of hoping to recvive an answer. Anyhow, so I looked at the dwarfen boulder helmet and thought: Would it be able to make three weapon fighting with it? Could I first like hit them with my dwarfen waraxe, then my handaxe and then headbutt them? If I can, do i suffer any more penalties than I usually does for Twf?

No.
Here is a simple break down of two weapon fighting:
Take a penalty, and gain an extra attack. Only one.
The feats you have, and the weapons you wield can alter the penalty.
With the right feats, you can gain more attacks.
You could be wield 6 weapons, but would still only be granted one extra attack while two weapon fighting.

There's Multiweapon Fighting, but you'll need some way of growing a third hand (probably Summoner or Alchemist) to take it.

blackbloodtroll is correct. You can attack with three different weapons, but do not gain extra attacks beyond what you would normally be allowed: For example, if you had +6 BAB and Two-Weapon Fighting (+4/-1 primary and +4 off-hand), you could attack once with your waraxe (at +4), once with your handaxe (at +4), and once with your helmet (at -1).
Note that a half-orc with the Toothy alternate racial trait (giving a bite attack) and Two-Weapon Fighting does have the ability to make three attacks, since natural attacks can be added to weapon attacks. The half-orc takes the -2/-2 penalty to the weapon attacks and the bite is treated as a secondary natural attack (-5 penalty, 1/2 Str bonus to damage). Alternately, if your dwarf somehow gains claws (draconic bloodline sorcerer/Eldritch Heritage, ranger with natural weapon combat style and Aspect of the Beast, witch nails hex), you could fight waraxe, helmet, and claw.
Now that I think of it, waraxe/helmet/claw sounds pretty badass.

The name of many things in D&D can mislead people and Two-weapon fighting is one of them.
Call it 'florentine style' or the like if it suits you better. TWF is when you fight in a way to gain an extra attack rather than just a consequence of using two weapons.
For example a fighter with BAB 6 could make a full attack with a waraxe (BAB6) and then an attack with a hand axe(BAB1) and NOT be TWFing. The same fighter could elect to TWF, he would then make an attack with the war axe (BAB6), an attack with the hand axe (BAB6 offhand), and finally the iterative attack with the war axe (BAB1). Note the difference?
There is no such thing as three-weapon fighting.
However here are a few examples of fighters attacking with 3 weapons in one round (not exhaustive):
1. A BAB11 fighter attacking war axe (BAB11), handaxe (BAB6), and boulder helmet (BAB1). Note he is not taking ANY penalties as he is NOT TWFing.
2. A hasted BAB6 fighter attacking war axe (BAB6), handaxe (BAB6 hasted attack), and boulder helmet (BAB1). Likewise not TWFing.
3. A hasted, TWFing BAB1 fighter attacking war axe (BAB1), handaxe (BAB1 hasted), and boulder helmet (BAB1 offhand). Is taking a penalty on attacks from TWFing (even though three weapons are being used).
To carry this to extremes, a hasted, TWFing BAB 20 dawnflower dervish fighter with quickdraw and greater TWF could make 9 attacks in a round. They could (baring a bad reading of a FAQ) make those 9 attacks with 9 different weapons.. and without doubt could make them with as many as 7. Likewise a whirlwinding fighter with quickdraw could make each attack with a different weapon..
Hope this helps,
James
