Fighting a ghost on the Ethereal Plane

If for some crazy reason you were to fight a ghost on the Ethereal Plane, with you and the ghost both being on the Ethereal Plane, would the ghost lose the advantages of being incorporeal?

nope...

in D&D (pretty much all editions) a ghost was solid and fully existed on the ethereal plane and incorporeal on the material plane because it only partially manifested there (on the material plane)... thus you could fight it on the ethereal plane as a solid creature.

Pathfinder completely removed the ghosts connection to the ethereal plane... it is now simply incorporeal in the same way as the other incorporeal undead, and thus would be incorporeal no matter where you encountered it.
