I'm looking for a little clarification before I go and abuse the rules. Tactical Acumen states that whenever you gain a bonus on attack due to battlefield posistioning, such as with flanking or cover, you get a bonus to hit. Moonlight Stalker grants a bonus due to concealment which is also listed under the same section as cover for battlefield posistioning. So, would one who gained a bonus from Moonlight Stalker also gain one from Tactical Acumen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I understand the question, no, concealment granted by cover is not the same as having concealment from another source.
Also is that the exact wording of the ability? Flanking definitely gives a bonus on attacks, cover doesn't usually modify attack rolls but instead gives a bonus to AC. It seems a little odd is all.

tactical acumen is up to the gm for the definition of 'battlefield position'. it also doesn't list concealment as an example in the spell.
moonlight stalker just gives a bonus when you have concealment, no matter where you get it from. you could wear a cloak of displacement - lesser and get the bonus all the time.
so i don't think just because you have concealment, you would get the bonus from tactical acumen.
if you got concealment from some permanent piece of the battlefield, like a bush or something, then i think you would then get the bonus.
even though the spell mentions cover, you could use a tower shield as cover and not get the bonus, since you are carrying it around with you and it's not really part of the battlefield.
but like i said this is all just my opinion and the wording of tactical acumen requires some GM interpretation.
