It hasn't come up in the game yet, but there is a Suli Monk with Elemental fist, so I'm wondering what the opinions of others are on if they stack?
I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. They both "add" elemental damage. It's honestly not even that overpowering, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Probably. Elemental Fist doesn't really take any action to activate and elemental damage stacks as far as I know.
Just don't ask me whether the Gunslinger should be able to use it.

I can't find a reason they don't stack either, but the only similar things I can find for a precedent are the rage powers Lesser Elemental Rage, which adds +1d6 elemental damage for a round, and Elemental Rage which adds +1d6 elemtal damage to every attack. Those can be used together, but must be used to do different types of elemental damage. Although I suspect that has more to do with simply being different versions of the same power.
