If a party has multiple Freebooter Rangers in the party and they all designate the same enemy for their Freebooter's bane, and they all stay within 30ft of each other does the typeless Freebooter's bane stack?
Typeless bonuses stack with anything but themselves. I think they'd all stack, then, because each Freebooter's Bane is a separate ability owned by a different character. Others might claim it's the same ability no matter who has it.
If they stack then Golarion should be ruled entirely by pirates. 50 level 1 freebooters would wind up with +50 to attack and damage.
I'm pretty sure that one way or another you won't be able to stack freebooter banes next year.

EDIT: Though, how many could stand within 30ft of each other on a horizontal plane? Can't be far off! The central bunch could easily do it.
