Does the human alternate racial trait, Adoptive Parentage, allow a character to get the tengu racial trait Swordtrained? Swordtrained is written like other racial Weapon Familiarity traits, but isn't explicitly named Weapon Familiarity. Or would it just qualify the character to take Weapon Focus (some sword)?

I would say that strictly RAW, you'd just get the Skill Focus or Weapon Focus for a specific weapon. Since the trait specifically references Weapon Familiarity and Tengus don't actually have it, it seems like a no go.

I would say that the most appropriate route would be Weapon Focus (any one sword) as written by RAW. That said, I would allow a player to instead pick weapon proficiency in any one sword if they wished.

Like Ssalarn says, by RAW the tengu do not have "Weapon Familiarity", so the human with Adoptive Parentage cannot gain that property.
