Need help with badly damaged delivery

Hello,

I've been out of the country since early September. When I returned home this week I found that the shipment I received that was sent on October 25th was very badly damaged. The envelope was destroyed and the three products inside are mangled and torn beyond use.

Is there anything you can do to replace these?

The products damaged were: Dynamite #2, The Shattered Star adventure path module "The Asylum Stone", and Murder's Mark (Pathfinder Module).

I've set up replacements to go out with the pending subscription shipment. Usually this type of thing is a one time issue, but if this becomes a continued problem you'll want to either bring it up with your local post office or consider switching up delivery addresses or methods.
