Staying with the evil theme, let's update the Disciple of Asmodeus from Book of Vile Darkness.
It was only ever 3.0 so it's buff, and some new skills would do nicely.
Skills are: Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Innuendo (Wis), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (any) (Int), Listen (Wis), Scry (Int), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Spot (Wis)
Change to: Bluff (Cha), Diplomacy (Cha), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (all) (Int), Linguistics (Int), Perception (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Stealth (Dex).
Feats can probably stay the same, but only Leadership is actually still relevant.
Skill requirements can stay the same, although technically according to the PF conversion they should all be lowered by 3 ranks.
HD is now d8.
Saves are reduced to more incline to the current Pathfinder ones, making it +1 at 1st level and +3/+3/+5 at 10th.
Casting ability for spells: give +1 casting level at levels 4 and 6.

This looks interesting. However, I do have a few comments/questions.
Hide is now merged with Stealth, so there is no need to include Hide in the revised skill list.
Why Linguistics? The prestige class didn't have Speak Language as a class skill in BoVD. While the Disciple is into "knowing things", it seems more like the spider in the web - stationary unless the situation requires action. A Disciple would probably not be a world traveller, but instead a stay-at-home power-broker who works to build up influence/knowledge/power within his own society/country.
For similar reasons I would not give all Knowledges to this prestige class. Arcana, History, Local, Nobility, Planes, Religion, and possibly Geography. But not Dungeoneering, Engineering, or Nature. Remember, a prestige class is not supposed to give a boat-load of skills to a character. Instead it should simply underline which skills are directly useful to that class. (And non-class skills are not as hard to improve in PF as they were in 3.x - no more cross-class skill limits and double-costs.)
And why the extra spellcasting levels at L 4 and 6? The class already has decent BAB and hit points (3/4 BAB and d8), decent skill points (4+Int), and a special class feature at each level.

1) I copied and pasted, and accidentally forgot to erase the Hide skill.
2) It originally had Decipher Script so I gave it Linguistics. Remember, that skill is Decipher Script, Forgery, and Speak Language all in one.
3) It has Knowledge (all) because it originally has Knowledge (any) which was the same thing.
4) It's a lackluster 3.0 class for abilities. The Diabolist got a major upgrade, so obviously this class needs a little something-something more as well.

Okay, I'll grant the Linguistics point (I had overlooked the Decipher Script).
As for the Knowledge skills: as far as I can tell, few classes/prestige classes grant a blanket "any/all". I still maintain that it would be out-of-character for a Disciple of Asmodeus to have good Dungeoneering/Engineering/Nature skills (at least from that class - who knows what he's done before). If really necessary, he will have people on hand who can do that stuff for him.
I agree that the BoVD Diabolist needed a boost, so the PF version is nastily suitable. But I'm not entirely convinced that the Disciple needs as much of a boost on the spellcasting side of things. <shrugs> As always, YMMV.
By the way, if you're writing it up in full for yourself/your home game, the Disciple's L 10 ability should give a profane bonus (not a divine bonus).
Thank you for reminding me about this interesting prestige class. Although my players might not be as grateful. :)

I will definitely consider giving it a profane bonus. And yes, it's for my home game. We're doing Way of the Wicked.

Why not just use the diabolist?
Because you want choice? Why'd they make any of the Disciples in BoVD when they had the Diabolist there? They made one for every demon and devil of hell plus the Diabolist. It's about choice. You choose a certain god, you get certain bonuses towards that one. It's the same for the PrC for Pelor. Dragon Magazine made ones for all the other gods as well. Why do that? Because you can.
As well, I've got six players. None of us want to see six Diabolists.
