So I noticed this spell and read through it. It says that it goes after the killer without regard for morals.
But what about cases of multiple killers? Like if a guy got skewered by 2+ people, who would the ghost go after?
Or in the case of, say, someone creating a powerful necromantic circle that kills them, but the circle was set off by someone else. Who would it go for? The one that made the circle that killed it, or the one who set it off?

It's totally up to your GM.
As for what I'd do:
If there were multiple killers, the one that finished the corpse off would be the one it'd go after. If they were skewered by multiple people, whoever's blow took them to the proper negative would be it.
In the case of the necromantic circle, the one who cast it is at fault.
