Oh, and why I like Mysterious Stranger for this EK is the 1st level damage bump. I don't really want to go Gunslinger 5 for an EK build and I feel like I should have enough versatility with the caster levels to not worry too much about jams/mishaps. Obviously I'd want a charisma caster for a Mysterious EK.

Sorcerer works nicely. I would suggest taking a Bloodline that has a 1st level ability along the lines of "Gives your weapon the Shock/Icey/Fire ability" more than the others.
Another option would be Bard. You'd be able to inspire your buddies, yourself included, and you would be casting Arcane Spells. The problem, of course, is that Bards take their sweet time getting the appropriate spell level for EK.

Hmm. Rime-Blooded works pretty darn well for this, even if getting Survival as a class skill is kinda meh (already have it from Gunslinger). I could also (at the expense of a couple of feats) take it as an Eldritch Heritage. I was thinking of Arcane for the Arcane Bond.
I thought about Bard and came to the same conclusion. I also thought about Summoner with (go figure) the same problem but it did get me thinking of a non-EK, just a Gun(MS)1/Summoner+ who's eidolon would focus on reach, AoOs, and the Push evolution (possibly mount, too).
I realize that what I posted in the two paragraphs above this sound like I'm just shooting down your advice and I apologize; I'm not. Rather, I'm just fishing for more input from you or anyone else.

I have built a Tiefling Spellslinger/Gunslinger/EK I'm curious as to see what your final build ends up being.
Edit: However if I were to give advice I would suggest a second glance at the Summoner, particularly the Synthesist archtype.
-Flavor wise, it could be cool "power armor" for a gunslinger
-The Eidlon's Armor/Natural Armor doesn't interfere with casting, in other words no ASF(huge deal imo)
-More HP. Between the temporary HP and potnential con increase it ends up another big boon
-Lets you dump physical stats and get a better CHA if you want. Not somethinig I'd do myself; but it's a nice option to be less MAD.
-Great spell list. Unlike other half-casters you won't be missing most of the spells that you want.
For an EK it just plain sounds like a good mix if you can wait for the pay off.

I appreciate the advice, Darth. Synthesist is out (I'm only playing PFS at the moment) but I do like the idea of an eidolon "bodyguard" keeping enemies at bay while I blast 'em.
EDIT: also, I really want certain spells, like reloading hands.

Not too high level necromancy but I can't help but keep thinking about this build (inconclusively). I really like halfing for the "mystic gunslinger" concept (for novelty, I guess) but...
What about Tattooed Sorcerer/Shadow for the arcane levels? The familiar will be especially helpful for breaking action economy at mid (high in PFS) levels and is pretty sick.
Or even taking 2 levels of Divine Hunter (again, PFS- no Holy Gun) for ridiculous saves and Precise Shot for free.
Or, if I ditch halfling, going half-elf, grab Skill Focus: Knowledge (any) to grab Eldritch Heritage (Arcane) to grab a familiar, deal with the -3 level (I'd already be -1, anyway) and either going Archaeologist bard or taking the Arcane Talent feat to grab mending to compensate for the lack of Quick Clear.
I've even considered throwing 3 levels of Luring Cavalier in the "no arcane caster levels build" mix.
Sadly, I have much more time to consider all of these options than I have to try them out.
I get the feeling that I'm 3.5ing this build when all I really want is a magus archetype that uses guns. Since it's for PFS, though, I can't just make up a reasonable archetype and "make it fly." That said, that's pretty much what I'm looking for: a character that can, starting at a pretty low level, employ a gun for decent damage and use spells to augment his "gunniness."

I've built (but not yet played, so level 1) a Gunslinger 1/Myrmidarch Magus X that may start going into EK starting at character level 8 or 9 (depending on whether I wish to pick up Armor Training or not). This character will probably go the Improved Familiar route as well (with his Magus Arcana granting him a familiar). I just need to figure out what ranged touch spells I'll be using to fire through my gun.

@Raisse, how's your Gunslinger/Myrmidarch built? I see he's only first level so far, but I'm guessing you have at least a couple of levels figured out for him. I'm really curious about your potential MADness. What archetype are you using for Gunslinger?
@rkraus2, the MS/AD combo was one of the first I really looked at since the flavor works out so well. Sadly, Arcane Strike and Focused Aim both take swift actions. That said, Archaeologist still looks pretty good, the Archaeologist's Luck "performance" only uses up a swift action to start, so round one would probably consist of a cast (argh! Why don't bards have reloading hands?) and start up Luck while getting into blasting distance. Bards also get a lot more skills than sorcerers...

Right now he's set up to be human (normal) Gunslinger 1, followed by a minimum of 4 levels of Myrmidarch. If I decide to go EK, he'll go to level 8 or 9 Magus as stated before.
Ability Scores (20 point buy):
Str 10
Dex 18
Con 12
Int 15
Wis 14
Cha 7
Feats: Gunsmithing, Rapid Reload Pistol, Point-Blank Shot
Future feats will follow the standard ranged attacking nonsense.
At level 4 I'll use my arcana to gain a familiar, and turn him into an Imp at level 9, whose job it will be to use a wand of Abundant Ammunition, and other helpful wands.
I haven't gotten too in depth with the build yet, just sketched out the overall goal/start point.
