Pathfinder Steampunk Campaign Setting

My wish is for a fully realized Pathfinder Steampunk Campaign Setting. I want it all. Great world setting, new races, classes, equipment and fully optimized for the PFRPG. And yes, I want it in a full color hardcover.

Any chance someone's got that in development?

I'd help kickstart it...

Two Options:

a) Rossi publishing's World of Terah (in the shop), still in development, but already with some releases.

OR

b) The successfully kickstarted Pure Steam campaign setting, which is also still in development.

You only have to be patient. :)

NeoExodus: A Hosue Divided has a very steampunk influenced nation in the setting, the Arman Protectorate. A good example of what I mean is our class, the Machinesmith. Hope this helps!

Indeed, NeoExodus could also fit the bill. I'm looking forward to the upcoming NE-sourcebooks!

Pure Steam is indeed still in development, and we are currently working toward a public playtest as we speak. The development team consists of only four people with busy personal lives, so deadlines are constantly being pushed back, but the project is still moving forward. We are pushing to have the playtest available on Paizo sometime in early 2013.

While we don't have full-color art inside the book, we are paying for a full-color spread for the book's/pdf's front and back covers. Pure Steam will provide a unique setting, variants for existing races, two new base classes, several archetypes, lots of new equipment, and some new feats and creatures. The book will indeed be hardcover.

Links to the Kickstarter Project and our site (still in its infancy) are available in my Paizo profile.

Shadowsfall's stronghold Gear's Gate is a steampunk city. The city is an arcanocracy, mostly run by alchemists but also some wizards, sorcerers and witches. It has both mundane and artifact mechs. And since Shadowsfall is the Plane of Shadows, it works in every campaign setting. It is available right now is both PDF and a Print/PDF bundle.

There's Midgard's Zobeck, which has:

Zobeck Gazetteer
Crossroad's Player's Guide
Streets of Zobeck (adventure anthology, Gold Ennie(Best Adventure))
Alleys of Zobeck (bonus material for Streets)
Tales of Zobeck (8 3.5 adventures in Zobeck, Silver Ennie(Best E-book))

Streets of Zobeck is a urban crime/fantasy noir anthology with steampunk flavor, but it doesn't overwhelm the adventures. Tales of Zobeck has some more steampunkish adventures in it.

I'd also point you to Kobold Quarterly #7, which has airships, with some supplemental material here and here.

-Ben.

I'm intrigued by both. Sorry I missed their kickstarters. I'll await publication. Thanks.

I'll definitely check out NeoExodus. I'll admit that I've never been able to wrap my head around the setting's concept completely.

Okay, this just looks very cool Steampunk or no. Is there a larger campaign setting book in the works?

Ben, I am a massive supporter of Zobeck and have purchased, invested in and kickstarted every book those kobolds make. Haven't read Tales yet, so I didn't know it had so much steampunk woven in.

Here is the easiest way to understand what NeoExodus is in my (Louis Porter Jr.) words:

NeoExodus is my fantasy love letter to Babylon 5.

So if you LOVE Babylon 5, you should LOVE NeoExodus.

Love steampunk, but it's very not popular with the folks I play with....makes me a sad panda.

Ash on my head - I don't know why I forgot Zobeck. Oo Perhaps, I seem to have shelved Zobeck as clockwork-fantasy, not as steampunk.

I also forgot to mention Stormbunny Studios' Rhûne-products - essentially Steampunk meets Norse mythology. I'm SO waiting for the setting.

Their releases so far are interesting and their world's guide is FREE!
