Do enhancement bonus from AoMF apply to CMB with dirty trick and grapple?

Rules Questions

In an upcoming game there are two different characters using natural weapons and combat maneuvers (one is a grappler and the other is using dirty trick). My question is if the enhancement bonus from AoMF would apply to CMB (or CMD) for these characters using these maneuvers. The grappler is using Hamatula Grasp if that affects the ruling at all.

Yes

No for Grapple, POTENTIALLY for Dirty Tricks if it's appropriate to the Dirty Trick and type of Natural Attack, as ruled by the GM.

If you don't have Grab, and are using Grapple normally, Grapple isn't 'delivered' via UAS and isn't a Natural Weapon, but is 'it's own special thing' that doesn't benefit from AOMF.
If you have Grab on a Natural Weapon, AoMF applies to the basic melee attack which triggers Grab, but not the Grab itself AFAIK... Although if you decide to take the -20 option (to use just that body part for the Grapple, and thus not be Grappled yourself) it seems like then you SHOULD apply the weapon-specific bonus... but I don't believe Paizo has weighed in on that specific issue.
Hamatula Strike seems similar to Grab, but there is no -20 option to use only the weapon itself for the Grapple, and since you yourself are gaining the Grappled Condition (because the rest of your body is involved in the Grapple) it doesn't seem like a weapon-specific attack bonus should apply... so no AoMF.

Personally, I prefer to allow applying AoMF to non-weapon-specific Grapple, Over-Run, and Bull Rush, although that's 100% house-rule. I would still rule Dirty Trick on a case-by-case basis, generally speaking I would never assume AoMF or other weapon bonuses would apply, but if there's a plausible reason why a specific weapon would apply to a specific Dirty Trick usage, then it would work...

From the examples for Dirty Trick: Examples include kicking sand into an opponent's face to blind him for 1 round, pulling down an enemy's pants to halve his speed, or hitting a foe in a sensitive spot to make him sickened for a round., I would only allow AoMF to apply to the last one (hitting a foe to make them sickened, presumably with UAS), the others wouldn't use any 'weapon' at all and thus wouldn't benefit from AoMF either.

Attack bonuses never apply to CMD unless that's explicitly stated, some effects like weapon training apply to both attack bonus/CMB and CMD, but they will specifically say so if they do. I pretty much play as CMD = Touch AC with reverse Size Mod + BAB + STR.

However, any bonus that applies to AC -does- apply to CMD, not actual armor, but dodge, deflection, profane/holy, combat expertise, fighting defensively, and such.

Combat maneuvers in CRB wrote:

The special size modifier for a creature's Combat Maneuver Defense is as follows: Fine –8, Diminutive –4, Tiny –2, Small –1, Medium +0, Large +1, Huge +2, Gargantuan +4, Colossal +8. Some feats and abilities grant a bonus to your CMD when resisting specific maneuvers. A creature can also add any circumstance, deflection, dodge, insight, luck, morale, profane, and sacred bonuses to AC to its CMD. Any penalties to a creature's AC also apply to its CMD. A flat-footed creature does not add its Dexterity bonus to its CMD.
