If my 3rd level rogue attacks, hits and qualifies for sneak attack damage i'm unsure as to what my damage would be. I have a MW +1 Rapier with the "shadow stabber" tiefling trait (+2 to damage to attack if unseen). Lets assume my shadow stabber trait bonus applies as I attack from stealth often.
So I have 1d6 basic attack damage and 2d6 sneak attack damage. So let further say I have a STR bonue of two and its a melee hit with the above mentioned rapier. I'm fairly sure so far that I would have basic attack damage of 1d6 and +1 (for +1 magic on rapier) +2 (for strength) and plus +2 (for shadow stabber) for a total of 1d6+5 on the basic attack, the problem for me is I have no idea what bonus if any carry over to the sneak attack 2d6. My local area seems conflicted as to this topic as well. Am I looking at a 1d6+5 basic attack damage with plain 2d6 sneak attack damage or a 1d6+5 basic attack damage and 2d6+5 sneak attack damage or something in between as again I am unsure what bonus if any effects those sneak attack dice.
Thanks for your help in advance. Sorry I know its probably a real basic question but I need to know for sure.

EW & RDN are correct.
But after reading through Shadow Stabber it looks like it does not apply to all SA's.
It may end up only being useable once per encounter or something.
For example, if you are using a flanking position for SA you would not automatically get the +2 trait bonus to your attack.
