Blinkback Belt and TWF

Would a Blinkback Belt allow its user to use the same weapon for a main- and offhand attack?

RAW, it looks like as long as the weapon in question is being thrown as its attack. Probably not intended though as it seems 'off' as I read the item.

If you are using throw weapon it should work.
It will not work well for melee weapons as throwing them is an attack.
Naturally you need quick draw for this trick to work.

A throwing falcata should do the trick.
