Alright. Quick question. Rings with continuous spell like effects, when the spell is in hour/lvl increments is market priced at (2,000gp x spell spell lvl x caster lvl.)
Negate Aroma is a 1st level spell for druids, Rangers, and alchemists. Which means it's 8,000 for the Core classes to make it but only 2,000 for the alchemists.
As the rules state we go by the least expensive process when determining market value, is that the new market price for a previously 8,000gp magic item?

Remember, you are quoting the custom item pricing guidelines.
They are not the be all, end all, formula.
Many items break this formula, and all that formula does is give you a rough estimate on how to price custom items.
If a custom item seems too good for it's price, then up it.
If a custom item seems too weak for it's price, then lower it.

The feat Create Ring requires a CL of 7. You cannot have continual affects of anything beneath level 7 because that is the level required for the feat. Rings are not scrolls. Rings are not potions. The druid or ranger or whatever can 'contribute' the spell for 10 gold. L1 x CL 7 x 2,000 x 50% creation cost = 7,000g. If you would like me to pull out exact quotes that explain why the CL is 7, message my Mapleswitch account.

You're thinking of Staves. Rings have no such issue.
Case in point.
Ring of Sustenance
Aura faint conjuration; CL 5th
Slot ring; Price 2,500 gp; Weight —
Description
This ring continually provides its wearer with life-sustaining nourishment. The ring also refreshes the body and mind; its wearer needs only sleep 2 hours per day to gain the benefit of 8 hours of sleep. This allows a spellcaster that requires rest to prepare spells to do so after only 2 hours, but this does not allow a spellcaster to prepare spells more than once per day. The ring must be worn for a full week before it begins to work. If it is removed, the owner must wear it for another week to reattune it to himself.
Construction Requirements
Forge Ring, create food and water; Cost 1,250 gp
