My DM allows the use of monster templates that are supported by the Paizo Publishing Co. My question is very simple: Can I use more than one template on one character?
There are no specifics in the rules but I would think that I should be allowed to use 1 inherited and 1 acquired template without it becoming unreasonable.
Templates can be added as long as they are 'legal' which can sometimes get confusing. By 'legal' it means that all the requirements are in effect. Sometimes templates change the type of creature that they modify into something else, which would invallidate another template. Because of this, when adding templates you should basically write up the creature one step at a time (every template). This way you can verify, then recreate with the next template, verify, etc. Also due to this, order of application matters when dealing with multiple templates.
