Oh most awesome customer service:
Sorry for the inconvenience, but is ist possible to move order 2319478 and Order # 2332624 to the January subscription instead of the december subscription? If not, could you keep it in the sidecart a bit longer so I can do that myself? (A friend for whom I co-ordered backed out. I want to keep the order, but December is going to be a bit expensive ;-)

Unfortunately, the sidecart system is built to always ship everything with the first possible shipment. So I am not able to stop things in your sidecart that are ready to ship from going out with your next subscription shipment.

There are, however, a couple of ways we can stop these items from shipping out in December. I can move them onto a new order, then suspend that order until January. This will mean that they will ship separate from your subscription stiff, unless you have us move it all back to your sidecart after the December shipment goes out. Alternatively, I can suspend ALL of your subscriptions, and you'll just have to send us an unsuspend request at some point after the December shipment goes out (December 10th) and then your orders and your December releases will all go out in January.

Either way, it'll be up to you to send us a notice after the December shipment goes out.

Just let me know how you would like to proceed.

Please move those items into a new order and suspend that order until January. If my leaky brainpan manages, I will move them back to the sidecart after the December shipment is out, otherwise I will have to pay for the extra shipping, nothing too bad, especially since that could mean the subscription may stay custom-free...
