I missed out on the first Kickstarter for the tech demo so I'm wondering if there are any plans above "maybe" to have a second Kickstarter of some description for the post-tech demo development? What I've read about the game so far has me fired up in a way I haven't been for a long time and I'd love to be able to help contribute.
Whilst I admit this question is probably way ahead of time; will there be some kind of lifetime subscriber option prerelease? I'm almost certain that I'd pay a one-off fee for lifetime membership and then still use the micro transactions for other stuff. Even if the lifetime sub was simply per-purchased skill training time for as long as the account was active.

It's hard for me to imagine ever selling a lifetime subscription. Frankly, I think they're always vastly underpriced, and if they were offered at the real value, I doubt most people would buy them.
