Oh most awesome customer service: Is there any news about order Order # 2268844? Last time I asked, Cosmo wrote the items were on their way to your warehouse.

Unfortunately, our shipment was repeatedly delayed from distribution. However, we got assurance this morning that they will be getting it shipped to us, so we should be getting your order shipped out to you sometime next week.

I am very sorry for the delay. By way of apology for the inconvenience, I will go ahead and double your First Ten shipping discount.
