Stealth, Steal and attacks of opportunity

Rules Questions

Liberty's Edge

First of all, does steal "break" stealth? Would it break invisibility?

Regarding the attack of opportunity, can someone get an attack of opportunity against a stealthed or invisible character?

Grand Lodge

1) Yes.

2) Yes.

3) No, flat-footed creatures cannot make attacks of opportunity.

Liberty's Edge

Seems legit, seems combat maneuvers are technically an attack roll. Would Steal as a maneuver break Greater Invisibility?

I read in the SRD that targets are considered to be denied their Dexterity bonus to AC against stealthing or invisible characters but that they are not considered flat-footed. Is this correct?

Grand Lodge

AoOs happen prior to the action. Prior to the action, you are invisible/stealthed.

No attack breaks Greater Invisibility. Combat Maneuvers are attacks, and auto-succeed on a natural 20.
