Mystic Theurge +1 Caster level question

Have a Cleric Wizard that goes Mystic Theurge.

How does Domain, for cleric and Specialized Schools, for Wizard, figure in when calculating the Mystic Theurge spells?

Does the Mystic Theurge get them or not?

How do you calculate the levels for Domain powers?

Mystic Theurge still gets extra slots for domain spells and specialized schools, but for the purposes of domain and school powers, Mystic Theurge levels do not count as levels in the appropriate class (so a Wizard 3/Cleric 3/Mystic Theurge 10 is still only treated as a third-level cleric for the purposes of domain powers, and does not receive the domain power unlocked at sixth or eighth level).
