Ultimate Assassin???

Advice

My DM is making a campaign in the land of Geb with level 13 characters and I decided to make an assassin that is not only good against the living but also the undead.

As a result of trying to be a "true assassin" as much as possible, I've made a character with:
Bluff 18
Disguise 45
Stealth 65
& feats increasing usefulness of light crossbows.

I've forgotten most of what I knew 3 years ago and would like some help in making this character better at 13th level.

More Info:
Feats: Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Hellcat Stealth (using race that allows Skill Focus Stealth), Rapid Reload, Crossbow Master, Improved Critical Light Crossbow, Clustered Shot, Hellcat Pounce
Wondrous Items & Armor: Adhesive Leather of Improved Stealth, Stalker's Mask, Sniper Goggles, Cloak of Elvenkind, Snakeskin Tunic, Rove of Infinite Twine, Arrowmaster's Bracers, Gloves of Reconnaissance, Ring of Mind Shielding, Ring of the Chameleon, Belt of Incredible Dexterity +2, Acrobatic Slipper, & Demon Senses
Weapons: Seeking Ghost Touch Light Crossbow of Stalking

Class? Stats (point buy, rolled?), race, what's allowed as building material and what's disallowed? Such details will help give a much better critique.

But off the top, unless your GM runs the armor as DR variant rule in UC, I'm not a huge fan of clustered shots, I'd trade it out for deadly aim (basically power attack for ranged weapons) and try to squeeze in weapon focus.

I apologize for not being clearer.

I am playing as a Spitespawn Teifling Ninja (who with bonus abilities where he is considered to be small) with the base stats (not including racial, growth, or enhancement bonuses) of:
STR 10
DEX 18
CON 10
INT 14
WIS 17
CHA 13
Theses numbers was used rolling 4d6 and taking the top 3 results. As for what is allowed, as long as it is published by Paizo, it is allowed.

You can pick up both weapon focus and deadly aim via the ninja tricks :) so this should work out fairly well. That will improve chance to hit and damage output.
