internal alchemist and bombs

Does taking internal alchemist lose you your Int bonus to damage on bombs? You lose throw anything, but it lists the adding of Int to damage under the bomb special ability. So does losing throw anything lose you that bonus bomb damage?

The Bomb feature includes the bomb dealing extra damage based on your Intelligence, so no, your bombs would be unaffected. Your non-bomb splash weapons, however, would lose it.
