The only one in that category is Hero Lab, sold by Lone Wolf Publishing. the base purchase is for the core book, additional books are supported by optional purchase modules.

Coreforge's Excel spreadsheet is regularly updated, every other week or so. It has a lot of the race book included, and it's free.
