Even though the CL is only 5th so it should be easy to figure out everything it does, that takes all the fun out of it. Plus, it seems ludicrous for a 5th-level caster to be able to add all those powers to a single item.
So I set a Spellcraft DC of 15 + 5 for each additional power.
DC 15 = It casts Gentle Repose on corpses
DC 20 = It gives you +1 resistance
DC 25 = It gives you False Life once per day
DC 30 = ??? (My players haven't gotten that high yet, but you get the idea)

I didn't consider the medallion's ability to let a Runelord scry on the possessor to be an actual power, and didn't give the PCs any chance to discover it via detect magic.
That "feature" would show up under an analyze dweomer spell.
I've instead laid a bunch of hints that there's more to the Sihedron medallion than meets the eye. So far, they've only been found being worn by boss baddies-- three of them in fact (Nualia, Xanesha, and Lucrecia). They have seen a giant-sized on around the neck of a Rune Giant corpse in the Kreeg Clanhold, and will shortly find one on Barl Breakbones (assuming that the party survives the impending fight). They found some Thassilonian artwork in the Catacombs of Wrath depicting Runelord Alaznist and two of her lieutenants-- both of whom were wearing similar-looking medallions.
I'm justifying this because I'm considering it to be a focus of Karzoug's ability to use his runewell it to scry on and use the senses of a medallion's wearer, rather than the medallion itself being source of said effect.

That.
It is more of the runewell's or the runelord's power than the item's.
