Yes. Strong jaw does not specify a creature type, so it can be used on eidolons to boost their natural attacks.

It works ridiculously well--but unless you have another PC/NPC willing to help, it'll be a challenge and a half getting a Summoner that can cast it.

Summoners are Charisma based and have UMD as a class skill.

Oh, damn, it's a level 3 Ranger spell, making it wandable! Good point, I was thinking of it as a level 4 Druid spell--and scrolls/staves are not common, cheap, or easy to make.
