Last Messenger

On their way near Tidewater, my party wants to look for the possible Last Messenger treasure. Is there anything for this? I'm not seeing it in book 2.

Is that the robotic toucan thingie from the inside of the cover?

If it's one of those things, there's no written details for them in the adventures. They're intended to be ideas for side-quests that you can write up yourself.

OK, then I will do a little creation for the adventure next week (assuming they still plan to do it come next session). I wasn't sure if this was the wreck, it seems like the bird was sent as a rescue attempt, or if this is where the bird flew to and was never seen again, leading to a treasure hunt...

doing this myself, im using the minor artifact Weird Queens magpie from UE and the Clockwork familiar from shattered star book 3 bestiary instead of the clockwork spy template.

Sounds good. If you are looking for an actual adventure sidequest, using River Into Darkness would work up to the jungle elves attacking, perhaps.
