Could an Dhampire Cleric take the Healing Domain and channel the Negative Energy and heal himself up the extra 50%, as if he was an Undead Lord healing the Undead?

The Healing Domain only adds 50% to Cure Spells. So, no, negative energy of any sort is not benefited in any way.

So it would not do additional healing to healing by channeling?

It never adds healing to channeling whether you're channeling positive or negative energy--it only applies to Cure spells. When you heal yourself with an inflict spell, it also won't work because it only affects Cure spells.
