Agile + Diminutive

If a Druid transformed into a diminuative scorpion whilst wearing an agile necklace of mighty fists would he get all of the dex bonus to damage as well the bonus to hit and defense from being small?

Yes, the druid would get his new Dexterity Modifier to damage along with all the benefets to hit and AC from being a Diminuative size creature.

All Natural Attacks are considered light weapons, and as thus, finessable.

If the Druid has the Weapon Finesse feat, he can use his Dex for Attack rolls, and damage, in any shape, with any Natural Attack.

Remember: Without the Weapon Finesse feat, the Agile AoMF is useless.

Doesn't weapon focus apply to a specific natural weapon (ex: Claw, bite, slam, sting, etc.). If so the tactic is kind of lacking because it would not apply to all of your wild shapes (varying attacks that you don't have weapon focus for).
