Placed on 10/18, Shipped on 10/22, and according to the tracking was transferred to the Columbus PO on 10/26, but I still don't have it.

At what point do I give up on this order?

It looks like your package never got scanned by the USPS when it was transferred to them. This does not mean that the package is lost, or stuck, it just means that it is no longer being tracked. It will most likely still show up.

Your order has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 10th business day since it left the warehouse, so it is certainly running late at this point, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give your package a bit more time to arrive, and if you still have not seen it by the end of the week, let me know.

End of the week? Seriously? What am I paying $6.97 for shipping and handling when you can't guarantee a package gets to you within 20 days? No offense guys, but I can get the same items from Amazon, at my discount, pay 1/2 the shipping and get the package in 2 days.

I really like you guys and love your products, but someone needs to explain to me what is so messed up with your cost to ship.
