If you were wondering, we took the list of pre-orders and put a little query window on it. You can plug in your email address, and it tells you whether we have a record of your pre-order. It also asks if you want to get emailed more info.

Do I have a pre-order?

If the system says you don't have a pre-order but you think you do, just email me at [e-mail]

PS If you have a pre-order, you can also update your mailing address, change to a new email address, etc. by putting in your original pre-order email address and following the instructions. Kinda cool.

Am I correct in assuming that the paypal confirmation number is the same thing as the Shopping Cart Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #[17 alphanumerical characters])? It's the only funky number I see on the Transactions Details page for my preorder in PayPal.

I registered with a new e-mail address, since the old one I used for the preorder is long gone and buried. I therefore can't look up my paypal confirmation number (if indeed I ever received one ...) If I input the old e-mail address into the site, it knows that I preordered however.

What should I do to be all set before the Kickstarter begins?

If you go to the FGG site and put in toe old email address, just after that it should give you the option of updating your profile. Put in the new email address and shipping information and you're all set.
