Have reward PDFs arrived?

I am confused. I received an email from Paizo that two PDFs were added to my downloads:

These items were fulfilled October 26, 2012:
1 x Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Thornkeep Dungeons 2-Pack PDF
1 x Pathfinder Online: Thornkeep (PFRPG) PDF

But I go to my downloads and I do not see the files in my downloads.

If you read on the blog posts it says they should be ready around the 4th of November or so. They are waiting on the final proofing of the book.

Thanks Richard, I haven't been following the goblinworks blog as I am not a video gamer and simply supported the ks to provide a helping hand to a cool sounding endeavor ( though the pdf rewards are nice and are keenly anticipated). So to receive word that they were in our downloads was exciting.

When they weren't there it felt like the kid running down the stairs on Christmas day and seeing an empty tree. :(

I've been seeing posts by people (example a review posted on the product page)who apparently have the pdf already. Are they being added to downloads over time? Or did those lucky few somehow cut special deals to get it early?

@Stormrazor2000: They should be available to everyone who pledged at the pdf or above level. If you navigate on paizo.com:

My Account > My Pledge Drives > Click here to view or claim a Kickstarter pledge > My Downloads page > Pathfinder Online: Thornkeep (PFRPG)*

*At the bottom of last screen. And should download in your browser.

The Thornkeep PDF was added to accounts that contributed at the level that qualified them for a PDF copy on Wednesday. If you pledged an amount that should have resulted in you receiving it, and you have not, please contact customer service.

I've read the PDF, I'm pretty impressed by it. So impressed, I increase my donation to the highest level option.

I just read the first 20 pages and I am already in love with Thornkeep and its citizens. :) Can't wait to see it come alive in-game.

I already have decided I will only do business with Greenfoot Provisions, I will not do business with the likes of The Three Daggers or Yunar!

Hopefully alignment will come into play with this too, there certainly are enough interesting factions in Thornkeep to do so.
