Firearms And Flat-Footed

If a target is flat-footed and a gunslinger fires a gun within its first range increment, hot is the attack resolved?

Normally, the attack would be against the touch AC. I want to think that it would be AC 10 modified by size. I'm wondering what's correct.

Take their touch AC, then subtract out any Dodge and Dexterity bonus to AC. Then you have flatfooted touch AC.

What he said.

Flat-Footed: At the start of a battle, before you have had a chance to act (specifically, before your first regular turn in the initiative order), you are flat-footed. You can't use your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) while flat-footed.

Just combine the two.
