Ahgmar the Summoner, Mightiest wizard of the three kingdoms continued to rip open dimensions, to bring in his forces form every direction as he raged war against Morthyn Deadstalker.
Deadstalker, the mightiest of all Necromancers smiled, as the light in his eyes reflected dead, and burning townspeople whose bodies reanimated with unholy energy. Now was the time to make everyone feel the power of the mightiest mage of all times...
Creatures from ancient times, worlds and dimensions wrought paths of destruction in their wake as the town of Caawul burned death and undeath.
The people pleaded to their gods, other gods, anyone or anything that would listen.
And something did hear their cries, for the two raging wizards vanished in what sounded like a whimsical puff of laught. And what was left of the Caawullyn rejoiced (as best the could...)

Ahgmar started to stirred with searing pain in his head and his prone figure spasmed.
He remembered Morthyn's accursed Hell Knights taking the field of battle, as his ancient dragons apeard over Ahgmar's head too...
His heavy hand slapped the ground much harder than it should have while he lurched with more convulsions, and then he felt pain within his other head too.

"Aaaaaghhh screamed Morthyn and his voiced echoed loudly in his. His voice???
His body spasmed and cursed in many languages simultaneously, as he tried to buffer the sound clubbing at his ears with his hands.
His right hand felt foreign to him, almost asleep shooting pins and needles. It hit his head too hard, and too fast. No not HIS head, for something was in the way. And his left hand belted his right ear awkwardly as more pain shot through him as he screamed once again in two deep voices.
The battle! He must still be in it, and so he focussed on it recalling his last memories. Ach, what spell had Morthyn last launched at him...? Of course the Xtra-Plannar Summoning of TalthinDos, Greatest summoner of the past Corstinion Age.!??
And he remembered the great spell he never knew, and he saw Dragons ripping through the gate over his head, as if he was staring at himself across the battlefield... And he could also see them much closer as he looked up and flung up his Shell of Demon Bones.
"What nightmare...!?"
"I don't know Shell of Demon Bones!" yelled Ahgmar and Morthyn through both their mouths... "But I do they stated in unison" a bit more quietly, as they both turned their large heads. It took a lot of effort because as one head tried to turn one way, it also had an impulse to turn in the other direction.
But finally the two mortal enemies once again faced one another up close and very personal.
Shock, rage, fear, blew through their aching heads as they tried to pummel one another with fists and curses, teeth, and head buts.
And then great laughter filled the hall of the great stone room that they laid in.
Bloody and bruised the Wizards stopped fighting long enough to realize that neither of them have cursed the other to this fate, as they with great effort and bewilderment sat up to realize what doom hath snared them.
Also in this room of black sandstone were two great 8x16' doors and a great gold framed 10x30' mirror in which the saw a great bloody bruised Ettin staring back at them.
It was somehow dressed as two different wizards with very familiar faces and the true horror burned within both their heads.
They were somehow cursed into the form of an Ettin. Two mortal enemies in the same body and Morthyn fainted, and the Ettin fell back down to the floor, Ahgmar cursing, as he felt a sharp pain shoot through Morthyn's unconscious head.
And before Ahgmar too lost consciousness, he once again heard whimsical laughter.
