While for CMD it explicitly states that you add any Dodge bonuses to AC to your CMD as well, and Total Defense and Fighting Defensively adds Dodge bonus, I don't see anything like that for the -4 penalty to attack and CMB. It actually says nothing about any penalties or bonuses to attack in any way.
So, would that penalty apply to CMB and any CMs done in a round where you fight defensively as well?
