Hi to all i received an email abot the fact that the thornkeep pdf and flipmat are ready to download but i'm not able to locate wheer i can perform this action... any help please?
If you go to your downloads page, you'll likely see the wording: "The following 2 products have been added to your account, but are not currently available for download:" just below the errata downloads.
But do not fret, the pdfs were addressed in the most recent Goblinworks' blog "A Three-Headed Hydra".
To be clear, the PDF is not yet ready, so you won't be able to get it immediately, but we do expect the PDF to go live for backers within about 10 days.
So keep up hope and a watchful eye as I know I will be doing just that.
As Joshua mentioned above, the permission has been added to your account, but the PDF is not yet available for download. It will be available within the next 10 days and an email will be sent to you automatically when it is ready to download.
I also just received a nice e-mail from Kickstarter explaining the situation, so don't forget to check your e-mail everyone.

Unfortunately that is beyond my control, but I can tell you that the PDFs are currently still unavailable for download.
I'm assuming you followed the link in your e-mail to your paizo account at some point, would that be correct?
Your options is not acceptable i've paid GOBLINWORKS for specific rewards and now i want this rewards, complete, i'm not interested on PAIZO problem, find an way.
Useless to say that i've just contacted kikstarter for this.
I think that since Goblinworks contracted with Paizo for the delivery of the Kickstarter rewards - and since the pdfs are not ready for anyone yet maybe giving the people at Paizo a few days to get your account in order may be your best bet.
And it does seem that Sara is looking into a way for you.
You miss one passage: paizo not want to deliver me my rewards cause of problem occoured plus of 2 years ago that they refused to explain.
I've buyed an product from GOBLINWORKS that have an collection potential and is not acceptable a refound from PAIZO, i just want the product buyed month ago, complete in all his part.
None of us have received this product yet. We are all still waiting for its arrival. The links we received were to let us know things were being added to our accounts, but the pdf is not available for download at this point in time. I understand its frustrating for you, but we're all still waiting as well.
Glad to hear there is a fix on its way for him as I knew there would be.

Vic, w8 a second, i've make an question because YOU send me an mail telling me thath i can claim my pdf and they are not present on my account, in answer you deleted also my physical item (an special collectable item) whithout asking me.... and i still not receiving answer from you privatly, so i hope to can have an feedback here.
You not specified condition on who can or cannot partecipate to kickstarter (in fact the kickstarter and money are of another company) and as i just said plus times i just want what i paid for, it was an unrepeatable limited time offer, i've paid it and i want it, if you do not want to sold item to specific category of people you should tell before to take money, in addiction i remember you that when i ask explanation about the fact of plus of 2 year ago you(if i remember correctly you personally vic) refused to explain what happened exactly, locking access to my paid files(in fact it was a windows 7 problem because it mess download and emule folder, was not volontaire).

Windows 7 doesn't attempt to strip the watermarks from PDFs you bought from paizo.com before uploading them to filesharing sites.
We have no interest in distributing PDFs to you, and no obligation to do so. "We" includes the respective CEOs of both Paizo and Goblinworks, as well as myself and a whole bunch of other folks here.
Since PDFs are part of the Kickstarter rewards package, and we won't be fulfilling those for you, we will be refunding your Kickstarter pledge; that's the only option you get. Customer service has already contacted you on that matter, and if you work with them, we'll be able to refund the money in a way that's convenient for you; if you don't, we will send a check to the address we have on file for you. Given where you live, that's probably not convenient for you, so I'd encourage you to help us help you.
If you'd like to purchase the regular print edition of the Thornkeep book and/or Flip-Mat, we'll sell them to you—and we'll even provide your refund in paizo.com store credit to simplify that—but under no circumstances are we going to provide you with PDFs of anything.
We are also merging the sock puppet account you created; that's against our policy.

I'm not talking of the pdf from when you deleted my physical rewards, i can accept a sostitution for the pdf part but is not acceptable to have the regular edition of thornkeep, instead of the kickstarter one that is: signed, with bookplate and should be teorically limited version, the value of two pieces is not comparable, plus tshirt and poster that are also not avaible at your store.
Hmw this options came out now, from your email i can only take a refound.

i don't know anything about this; the only file that can been placed online is the zip, not the pdf or modded pdf, but as ever you not tell me of what file you are talking.
Additional dimostration of this is that you not find files from my "sock puppet account" as you called in any places (in fact this is an account of one of my player that it share with me, but again you acting without clarifing with people)|

I'm not going to tell you how we caught you pirating our PDFs, or how we know that Selven and Selven81 are both you. Pretending otherwise is insulting our intelligence.
We have better things to do. We'll be sending you a refund check for $100 USD. You have three days to provide customer.service@paizo.com with a different mailing address for your check; if not, we'll send it to the mailing address that you used for both Selven and Selven81.
