Against an unattended object it is not clear but probably no. Though magic items might get a save.
But the question came up today in a PFS game when a monster with cleric levels used the artificer's touch to attack my archer's magic bow.
So a few rules questions:
1) how does this attack resolve? (A touch attack on an attended object)?
2) once resolved does the attended magic item get a save? If not did we handle the damage correctly - a +1 bow has a hardness of 7 and 7hp? The artificers touch at this level of the cleric bypassed 4 pts of hardness? So a roll of 7 damage would deal 3 pts to te bow? One more point would give the bow the broken condition?
