Does thier free action of steal provoke?
iguess it would, but its a swarm so you couldnt damage them by attacking it with a weapon that you can threaten with.
well they take half damage from weapons, but since it is a free action instead of a standard or move I am not sure.
The action type doesn't dictate whether something provokes.
I don't think there is any provoking from the monkeys, that's how I RAI read it.

but if the player fails its initial save and becomes nausiated then the aoo cant be taken.
