The No Name feat grants a +10 bonus to Disguise checks for 10 minutes per gunslinger level.

This feat is one an Amateur Gunslinger can take.

My question is this: Does an Amateur Gunslinger only get the minimum 10 minutes, or can he use his regular class levels in lieu of gunslinger levels?

the feat specifically says gunslinger levels, so no. the 10 minute minimum is all you get.
