Can you add the ghost touch to wondrous items or does it only apply to weapons?

If the wondrous item doesn't give enhancement bonus on attack/damage roll, i don't think it's possible.

Amulet of Mighty Fist: you can exchange a bonus by a melee weapon special ability. And the amulet doesn't need to have a minimum of enhancement bonus.
So you can have Amulet of Mighty Fist +1 or Amulet of Mighty Fist Ghost Touch for the same price
