So may seem dumb but can i use Firry Burst with spell combat?

Fiery Burst is not a thing in Pathfinder as far as I can tell.
If you're talking about the Reserve Feat from 3.5's Complete Mage, then the answer is no. Reserve Feats are Supernatural abilities, not spells.

It's still great for the fact it is not subject to SR, you can use it even while bound and gagged, and there's no visual clue at all that it came from you (and no components), so you can covertly set fires with it.
Great reserve feat.
