Not 'any' familiar, since the Feat states that '...The familiar must conform to any limitations of the evolution...', and 'quadruped only' is a limitation on the pounce evolution. So your raven or monkey can't take the pounce evolution through the Evolved Familiar Feat, but your cat or pig or goat could.
