Ryan and Perram are back in full swing, with an extended review segment and the most questions ever asked for Know Questions, including our first PFS question for Venture Lieutenant Brian Darnell.

Thanks, Perram! Listened to it this morning. Of the podcasts that I listen to, you guys seem to be the only ones who've gotten back to a regular schedule since Gen Con.
Me and Ryan feel it is really important to keep getting the episodes out, and out on time. We may be late a day or two, but we haven't missed an episode yet that I know of. (Though, this one WAS a few extra days late, travel made it so. :) )

Doing work on a podcast is incredibly hard. Organizing interviews, researching content, staying on top of new material and news as it comes out, making sure you get things /right/...
Dozens of hours of work goes into a production before we even sit down to record. And then for every hour we record, it takes us two hours to edit it to bring the audio quality up, get most of the 'uhm...'s out, and in general make the show something entertaining to listen to.
Then there is finding sponsors, managing feedback, soliciting listener participation, and trying to get the word out.
I guess what I'm saying is that for something we don't get paid to do, (I can't talk specifics of our finances, but the goal isn't monetary), it sometimes gets hard for us to keep making time for it when we all have very busy schedules. And as our personal careers advance, that is even less time for the show itself.
Ryan's work ethic is insane, though, and his example is something I strive to keep pace with!
Right now the Gamer's Guide folks are facing some of these same issues, and finding time is difficult for them.
There is a thread on our boards talking about just this, if you'd like to participate, or just give them some nice words of encouragement. At the end of the day, the only thing we really get back from the show is hearing that our listeners enjoyed it.

The plan was to review one of your archetype products in this episode, but we had a lot of products to review this episode. Since we just reviewed your stuff last episode and we haven't reviewed Rite Publishing or Frog God Games in a while, your stuff got bumped.
