Questions about scrolls

Rules Questions

If a character succeeds on his spellcraft check to read a fly scroll and is then able to use it does he have the ability to then read any fly scroll without a check?

And can only spellcasters use scrolls?

It says in the SRD and Core Rulebook: Once a character deciphers a particular piece of magical writing, he does not need to decipher it again. Deciphering magical writing allows the reader to identify the spell and gives some idea of its effects (as explained in the spell description). If the magical writing is a scroll and the reader can cast arcane spells, he can attempt to use the scroll.

No, a "particular piece" is a specific scroll (or rather I think it's a specific spell on a specific scroll though that may be up for debate).

If you're not a spellcaster you need so succeed at a use magic device check to use scrolls.

Sovereign Court

ANd, very important, you don't need to decipher your own scrolls.

Thanks you guys!
